This cat tumbler treat ball toy turns snack time into a game. Fill the base with dry food or small treats, and every time your cat knocks it, the tumbler rocks, springs back upright and lets a few pieces fall out of the side opening. A bouncy wire with a ball on the end sits on top for swatting, and two balls spin around a clear track in the middle, so there is always something moving.
